It took our family 1 year to go from this day:
To here:

I suppose I should start at the beginning. Our family are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints aka the Mormons, however anyone reading this blog probably already know that. I joined the church in 1996 and Richard in 1997. When Richard joined, although he believed in the church, he still had some doubts and so he did not accept the priesthood. Like anyone we had times when we did attend church regularly and times when we attended sporadically. In 2008, when we moved to Helena, Montana we started attending church weekly and began to be stronger in the church. In March, 2010 our oldest son, Rishy Lee was baptized by my dad. It was seeing this that sparked in Richard a desire to be able to baptize our next oldest son, Quinn. With his personal journey beginning at that time we also began anew in Utah, as we moved with my job. The end of the story is that we received our temple reccomends and on March 17, 2011 our family was sealed for eternity in the Idaho Falls Temple.

| We took a walk by the river after the temple that day. |
 |
| A highlight of the walk was to feed the birds |
