Tired and Bored

Right now I am very tired and bored, a bad combination.
Today my morning got away from me and it was almost 1 before I realized it - to be fair I was steady but not overtly busy at work. However, I have my next assignment for my writing course that I need to work on, so instead of going home for lunch I went out to eat and did my reading for that assignment, which was fine. However then my afternoon filled up. Before lunch I had a 4:00 and a 4:15 appointment by the time I got back to the office I had 5 appointments from 3:30 to 5:00, so my afternoon filled up quickly. Currently I am awaiting x-rays from my last patient of the day to develop.
I'm just tired and I guess I'm not really bored but I am so tired that I seem that way to myself. Does that make sense? It does to me, I guess you'd just have to be in my brain.
